Narrative:
Several times over the past 2 days the ASR-9 and the ARTS ii have failed. No operational errors occurred but the potential was there. It failed during rushes and during slow periods. ARTS 3.06 was installed but removed and replaced with 3.05 several days ago.

Title: ATC EQUIP PROB RADAR AND ARTS FAILURE DUE TO NEW COMPUTER PROGRAM.
Narrative: SEVERAL TIMES OVER THE PAST 2 DAYS THE ASR-9 AND THE ARTS II HAVE FAILED. NO OPERATIONAL ERRORS OCCURRED BUT THE POTENTIAL WAS THERE. IT FAILED DURING RUSHES AND DURING SLOW PERIODS. ARTS 3.06 WAS INSTALLED BUT REMOVED AND REPLACED WITH 3.05 SEVERAL DAYS AGO.
