Narrative:
While traveling from sunbury, PA, en route to hagerstown, md, WX made a sudden deterioration (visibility and cloud ht dropped to unsafe for VFR flight). I tried to return to point of departure but deemed WX unsafe. Being over a very suitable landing area I landed on lake hollman, waited for WX improvement and returned to point of departure. No conflicts (unless with local auths over landing on closed waters).
