Narrative:
When executing a touch-and-go landing at blackwell-tonkawa airport, the landing gear retracted during the post landing rollout phase of the flight. The gear lever was found to be in the up position. The reason for the gear handle being in the up position is unknown at this time. I, the pilot, do not recall ever touching the gear handle during the rollout phase of the landing, but recall doing all the correct procedures for setting up the airplane for a touch-and-go maneuver during which time the gear retracted and the incident ensued. The only other occupant of the aircraft, a pilot, was sitting in the r-hand pilot seat and was observing my actions during the landing and post landing phase of the flight and says that he never saw me touch the gear handle during the landing and rollout phase of the flight.
