Narrative:
Ny approach had complete radio failure at 6 DME and 4000 ft. At 4 DME, we experienced TCASII RA and dropped to 3000 ft. Lga tower regained power for their radios and cleared us to land runway 22.

Narrative: NY APCH HAD COMPLETE RADIO FAILURE AT 6 DME AND 4000 FT. AT 4 DME, WE EXPERIENCED TCASII RA AND DROPPED TO 3000 FT. LGA TWR REGAINED PWR FOR THEIR RADIOS AND CLRED US TO LAND RWY 22.
