Narrative:
On or about touchdown, wheel not turning warning came on. Directional control was effected, ability to keep aircraft straight and on runway. Postflt revealed 2 blown tires on right main. No emergency service necessary. The conditions were wet (braking action advisory in effect, 1 reverser on aircraft MEL'ed). Maintenance later revealed failed anti-skid valve and control box.

Title: CAPT OF MLG LOST DIRECTIONAL CTL DURING LNDG ROLL DUE TO THE BRAKES LOCKING UP ON 1 SIDE RESULTING IN BLOWING THE 2 MAIN GEAR TIRES. A WET RWY WITH POOR BRAKING ACTION AND 1 THRUST REVERSER INOP DID NOT HELP!
