Narrative:
When we pulled into the gate in ATC after flying from bhm maintenance discovered that a small (8 by 15 inch) panel was missing. This panel which covers the ground start pneumatic hook-up must have come off in flight and fallen to the ground somewhere between bhm and atl. When the panel left the aircraft it damaged another larger panel which had to be replaced by maintenance.
