Narrative:

The captain started to taxi and talk to ground control. After getting taxi clearance, the captain gave me the controls not telling the exact clearance. I taxied to runway 16 at gcc. We crossed runway 21 on our way to runway 16. Finding out from ground control that we were to taxi to runway 21, not runway 16. We asked ground control about the wind. It was alright to continue to runway 16 which we did. The captain and I should have clarified the clearance when he gave me the controls. I had never taken off from runway 21. The main runway is 16-34 so I assumed runway 16.

Title: AN ACR LTT TAXIED TO THE WRONG RWY.

Narrative: THE CAPT STARTED TO TAXI AND TALK TO GND CTL. AFTER GETTING TAXI CLRNC, THE CAPT GAVE ME THE CTLS NOT TELLING THE EXACT CLRNC. I TAXIED TO RWY 16 AT GCC. WE CROSSED RWY 21 ON OUR WAY TO RWY 16. FINDING OUT FROM GND CTL THAT WE WERE TO TAXI TO RWY 21, NOT RWY 16. WE ASKED GND CTL ABOUT THE WIND. IT WAS ALRIGHT TO CONTINUE TO RWY 16 WHICH WE DID. THE CAPT AND I SHOULD HAVE CLARIFIED THE CLRNC WHEN HE GAVE ME THE CTLS. I HAD NEVER TAKEN OFF FROM RWY 21. THE MAIN RWY IS 16-34 SO I ASSUMED RWY 16.
