Narrative:
An occurrence happened near halo canyon in new mexico, in which I was accused of plting an aircraft dangerously close to the ground. The accuser, a member of the local park service staff, who determined my altitude by watching the airplane from the ground has also several members of his staff who can tell the difference between a few ft below versus a few ft above the far part 91 stated minimum distances. Furthermore, I have to say that the officer who wrote me a ticket is not even a pilot and claims to be a master of FARS. To make a long story short, I was getting the last altimeter setting from the center of albuquerque, and in combination with my sectional chart actually thought that I was much higher, even in low numbers at least 800-1000 ft. However, I did something which actually does not represent my nature of character. I violated and flew 1000 ft through the advisory area and then I feel not too hot about myself. I don't know what I should suggest about the nature of the situation. The only way I can think of, is to stay an additional safety margin away from that canyon, so that the forest rangers can safely determine the disturbance of the wild life by judging and only fly up to 30000 people a month who slow up in their cars and apparently not learn the wildlife in that area.

Title: RPTR ENTERED PARK AREA BELOW RECOMMENDED ALT OF 2000 FT AND WAS SO LOW THAT A RANGER CITED HIM FOR BEING DANGEROUSLY CLOSE TO THE GND.
Narrative: AN OCCURRENCE HAPPENED NEAR HALO CANYON IN NEW MEXICO, IN WHICH I WAS ACCUSED OF PLTING AN ACFT DANGEROUSLY CLOSE TO THE GND. THE ACCUSER, A MEMBER OF THE LCL PARK SVC STAFF, WHO DETERMINED MY ALT BY WATCHING THE AIRPLANE FROM THE GND HAS ALSO SEVERAL MEMBERS OF HIS STAFF WHO CAN TELL THE DIFFERENCE BTWN A FEW FT BELOW VERSUS A FEW FT ABOVE THE FAR PART 91 STATED MINIMUM DISTANCES. FURTHERMORE, I HAVE TO SAY THAT THE OFFICER WHO WROTE ME A TICKET IS NOT EVEN A PLT AND CLAIMS TO BE A MASTER OF FARS. TO MAKE A LONG STORY SHORT, I WAS GETTING THE LAST ALTIMETER SETTING FROM THE CTR OF ALBUQUERQUE, AND IN COMBINATION WITH MY SECTIONAL CHART ACTUALLY THOUGHT THAT I WAS MUCH HIGHER, EVEN IN LOW NUMBERS AT LEAST 800-1000 FT. HOWEVER, I DID SOMETHING WHICH ACTUALLY DOES NOT REPRESENT MY NATURE OF CHARACTER. I VIOLATED AND FLEW 1000 FT THROUGH THE ADVISORY AREA AND THEN I FEEL NOT TOO HOT ABOUT MYSELF. I DON'T KNOW WHAT I SHOULD SUGGEST ABOUT THE NATURE OF THE SIT.
