Narrative:
On a planned flight to sky manor airport I had to pass near alexandria airport. Interested in the activity there and aware that alexandria was closed to the public by NOTAM, I called on unicom for special permission to land and was told that my landing was approved if departure would be before XL30 pm. Upon landing and being told where to park over the radio, another airport person insisted that I leave because the field was closed. I departed without shutting down my engine.
