Narrative:
Inexperienced first officer flying lr-35 from left seat. He was over controling on final and not aligned with the centerline. I told him to go around and he advanced throttles and started a go around and then decided to land. This made the situation worse and I took control and executed the go around. We went around and landed uneventfully. Always be prepared to have someone do the unexpected and be ready to take control and go around.
