Narrative:
Due to 'fuel concern' requested ATC expedited approach to ewr from 150-200 NM from destination. Unable to get altitude on oceanic route in a refile situation. Was not at minimum fuel and did not declare an emergency. Landed normally at ewr with VFR expedited approach above minimum fuel for landing. Ny ATC said nothing out of the ordinary was changed to accommodate my request -- normal operations totally.
