Narrative:
Flight from us through canadian airspace without filing VFR/IFR flight plan or ATC contact. Because of altitude and flight path, do not feel that victoria back course airport class D controller zone was violated. No lndgs in canada occurred. Us airspace was re-entered after approximately 20 min flight near southern vancouver island. I have reviewed applicable FARS and will not leave us airspace in the future without filing an appropriate flight plan and notifying proper ATC authorities.
