Narrative:

En route to dfw, in the vicinity of tuscola we encountered the possible wake turbulence of B757 aircraft at FL330. We were smooth air at the time of the encounter. The possible wake was exceptionally strong, rolling our aircraft into a 20 degree bank, and disengaging the autoplt. It lasted about 10 seconds at which point we returned to smooth air. The controller was a little busy, however we were able to learn that a B757 was 10 mi ahead along our route at FL330. I also believe that he may have been speed restr to 250 KTS. I have never experienced a wake this strong at such a high altitude.
