Narrative:
Descending to clearance altitude of 13000 ft and going direct to heleon intersection (128 degree radial of hnk VOR), we got a TCASII TA at 17000 ft and then a TCASII RA of 16700 ft. We then initiated a climb as shown by TCASII ZBW advised a light twin at 12 O'clock and 16500 ft. TCASII worked very well. We then continued descent for a landing at newark.
