Narrative:

Upon entering the hold at willo and after completion of 2 circuits, we received an advisory from TCASII of traffic. While in the turn back to willo and immediately following the TA on TCASII, the approach controller advised a turn for traffic. At this same time TCASII was issuing a climb command with all command lights on red. We started an immediate climbing right turn, at 9500 ft were told to maintain 9000 ft. The initial TCASII advisory, the controller's instructions, and the TCASII instructions to climb and our evasive maneuver took 10-15 seconds. When the evasive maneuver, climbing right turn of 2000 FPM took place, the conflict red DOT was on the nose of our aircraft indicator. Estimate horizontal distance of 1/2 mi.
