Narrative:
I think there may be an error on commercial chart 26 us(lo). We were cleared onto V6 heading eastbound. I noticed that the MEA changed from 5000-13000 ft. At the 23 DME point. I asked the controller about this and he said his 'strip' of the airway showed 5000 ft for the MEA the whole way. We were subsequently cleared direct to the VOR. I am checking with commercial company. Callback conversation with reporter revealed the following information: reporter states he has not heard from the commercial company to date. He thinks they are stalling as they offer $1000 if they are wrong. Analyst mentioned that we had FYI'ed this previously and it appears to be correct.
