Narrative:
While on final approach to land at milwaukee mitchell airport on runway 7R, an air force C-130 was cleared for an immediate takeoff on runway 7R. Prior to our landing the C-130 was slow into position and stopped at the end of the runway to apply takeoff power before break release. The tower said a second time clear for an immediate takeoff. When the C-130 was lifting off my aircraft was on 1/4 mi final at about 200 ft. I could feel the turbulence from the C-130 propellers. I did a go around and turned left to a west heading to keep from overtaking the C-130.
