Narrative:
In sum: the reporter, on touchdown experienced vibration and the landing gear light flicker and the left wing commence to go down, recognized that a left main gear was collapsing and managed to take off without getting a propeller strike. Every attempt to extend or retract the gear failed and the landing gear was jammed in the partially extended position. The runway was foamed, medical assistance was called for a diabetic passenger, and a successful emergency landing was made with minimum damage to the airplane.
