Narrative:
In sum: a partial power loss was noticed after lift-off following a touch and go landing. The reporter was a student pilot. A return around the pattern with marginal power and altitude to a successful landing was made. The problem was carburetor heat baffle interfered with the carburetor air intake.

Narrative: IN SUM: A PARTIAL PWR LOSS WAS NOTICED AFTER LIFT-OFF FOLLOWING A TOUCH AND GO LNDG. THE RPTR WAS A STUDENT PLT. A RETURN AROUND THE PATTERN WITH MARGINAL PWR AND ALT TO A SUCCESSFUL LNDG WAS MADE. THE PROB WAS CARB HEAT BAFFLE INTERFERED WITH THE CARB AIR INTAKE.
