Narrative:

We had our sa-227 aircraft parked at the tampa airport ramp area awaiting the boarding of our aircraft when a B-757 was pushed back from its gate. When the pushback was complete, the aircraft advanced substantial power to taxi and in the process jet blasted our aircraft. The blast knocked the first officer to the ground near the outside baggage door and also moved our elevator up and down abruptly which caused our flight control yoke to smash up against the first officer's HSI instrument and cracked the glass face.
