Narrative:
I was coming in to land on runway 35R at lnk -- late afternoon (XA30-XB00 pm approximately), on a long final, 3-4 mi with full flaps. The airplane was trimmed to 85 mph over the threshold, when I started to flare, I realized I was a little high so I lowered the nose. Throttle was pulled back. When I landed, the tire on the front blow out. Which means the propeller tips were bent, as was the front strut.
