Narrative:
1 engine failed at 200 ft on takeoff. Declared an emergency with ord tower. Requested immediate landing on a long runway. Received radar vectors from chicago departure to land on runway 14L. Executed ILS approach. No fuel was dumped and an uneventful landing followed. Supplemental information from acn 286453: we, myself and the captain, executed the appropriate checklists and the first officer flew the aircraft. An ILS runway 14L was executed and the landing was uneventful. No fuel was dumped. Crew coordination during this event was excellent.

Narrative: 1 ENG FAILED AT 200 FT ON TKOF. DECLARED AN EMER WITH ORD TWR. REQUESTED IMMEDIATE LNDG ON A LONG RWY. RECEIVED RADAR VECTORS FROM CHICAGO DEP TO LAND ON RWY 14L. EXECUTED ILS APCH.
