Narrative:
Switched to den tower frequency for takeoff. Another aircraft was asking why tower did not pass along previous report of 10 KT loss of airspeed. Tower response ' we don't show anything on our instruments' the next aircraft to depart reported 10 KT loss at 500 ft AGL -- no response from tower we briefed for possible windshear on takeoff. (Fog bank north end of runway, tops at 500 ft AGL suspected wind shift.) at 500 ft AGL we lost 12 KTS and relieved aural wind shear warning. We reported this to tower and asked if they were going to pass it along, again they stated 'we don't show any on our instruments' -- our company was notified and passed along, 'but what about everyone else? How could this happen? If I was not involved I would not believe it!

Narrative: SWITCHED TO DEN TWR FREQ FOR TKOF. ANOTHER ACFT WAS ASKING WHY TWR DID NOT PASS ALONG PREVIOUS RPT OF 10 KT LOSS OF AIRSPD. TWR RESPONSE ' WE DON'T SHOW ANYTHING ON OUR INSTS' THE NEXT ACFT TO DEPART RPTED 10 KT LOSS AT 500 FT AGL -- NO RESPONSE FROM TWR WE BRIEFED FOR POSSIBLE WINDSHEAR ON TKOF. (FOG BANK N END OF RWY, TOPS AT 500 FT AGL SUSPECTED WIND SHIFT.) AT 500 FT AGL WE LOST 12 KTS AND RELIEVED AURAL WIND SHEAR WARNING. WE RPTED THIS TO TWR AND ASKED IF THEY WERE GOING TO PASS IT ALONG, AGAIN THEY STATED 'WE DON'T SHOW ANY ON OUR INSTS' -- OUR COMPANY WAS NOTIFIED AND PASSED ALONG, 'BUT WHAT ABOUT EVERYONE ELSE?
