Narrative:

On the takeoff roll the service door light came on, the takeoff was aborted. A fuel door fastener was found unlatched, the first officer said he had checked it prior to departure.

Title: CAPT OF AN LTT ABORTED TKOF DUE TO A WARNING THAT THE FUEL SVC DOOR WAS OPEN.

Narrative: ON THE TKOF ROLL THE SVC DOOR LIGHT CAME ON, THE TKOF WAS ABORTED. A FUEL DOOR FASTENER WAS FOUND UNLATCHED, THE FO SAID HE HAD CHKED IT PRIOR TO DEP.
