Narrative:
While climbing through 14000 ft, my windshield cracked and particles of glass dropped on the panel. I declared an emergency and started to descend. Center asked if I could maintain 13000 ft when I already was at 12500 ft. I told them I could and climbed to 13000 ft. Landed without incident.
