Narrative:
After takeoff from ind we noticed a master caution light (doors) come on. The equipment/tire burst light was on and the aircraft was not pressurizing. We notified ATC and returned to ind after parking at the gate we found the electrical and electronic door ajar on our post flight inspection. We closed the door and refueled the aircraft. We had maintenance verify the door was closed and sign off our logbook. We then reboarded the passenger and continued to our destination of cle.
