Narrative:
I flew into (W29) baybridge dropped off 2 passenger picked 2 up I taxied to point of takeoff waited did my runup checklist cleared myself to back taxi on runway 11 to hold line waited to depart on runway 11 until it was clear. I saw an airplane at end of runway getting off or I thought he was. I saw the airplane swerve to right. He did not call on radio and say he was clear but nobody else does either, so I started on a roll and he was still on runway, but I was already going too fast to stop so I took off. We were no closer than 500 ft at any time. There was never any danger.

Title: PLT OF A SMA SEL TOOK OFF OVER ANOTHER ACFT ON THE RWY AT AN UNCTLED ARPT.
Narrative: I FLEW INTO (W29) BAYBRIDGE DROPPED OFF 2 PAX PICKED 2 UP I TAXIED TO POINT OF TKOF WAITED DID MY RUNUP CHKLIST CLRED MYSELF TO BACK TAXI ON RWY 11 TO HOLD LINE WAITED TO DEPART ON RWY 11 UNTIL IT WAS CLR. I SAW AN AIRPLANE AT END OF RWY GETTING OFF OR I THOUGHT HE WAS. I SAW THE AIRPLANE SWERVE TO R. HE DID NOT CALL ON RADIO AND SAY HE WAS CLR BUT NOBODY ELSE DOES EITHER, SO I STARTED ON A ROLL AND HE WAS STILL ON RWY, BUT I WAS ALREADY GOING TOO FAST TO STOP SO I TOOK OFF. WE WERE NO CLOSER THAN 500 FT AT ANY TIME. THERE WAS NEVER ANY DANGER.
