Narrative:
Missed crossing restr of 30 mi southeast of buffalo. When I set up waypoint in FMC somehow the altitude and airspeed was put on buffalo VOR instead of 30 mi fix. Crossed 30 mi fix at 18000 ft. ATC reported no conflicts.
