During takeoff on runway 18L, at 110 KTS (V1-131K) hit coyote with nosewheel, rejected takeoff, informed tower taxied back to gate. Wrote up in logbook, inspected exterior of aircraft by myself, airline mechanics, and dfw airport authority/authorized representative. Signed off by maintenance. Observed brake cooling times, advised dispatch, departed.
