Narrative:

In fact, I believe that my mistake was that the winds at the surface were the same like the winds aloft at 3000 ft, I mean I was thinking that the winds aloft were from the south like was reported but the winds aloft that day were from the west. For this reason I believe why I got lost from fws spinks to F54 arlington. So in the future, to correct that, I must take the winds aloft even though below 3000 ft.

Title: PLT GOT LOST FLYING AT NIGHT FROM A DEP ARPT TO A DEST ARPT 13 MI AWAY AND IS CONCERNED HE MAY HAVE INTRUDED ON THE CLASS B AIRSPACE WITHOUT A CLRNC.

Narrative: IN FACT, I BELIEVE THAT MY MISTAKE WAS THAT THE WINDS AT THE SURFACE WERE THE SAME LIKE THE WINDS ALOFT AT 3000 FT, I MEAN I WAS THINKING THAT THE WINDS ALOFT WERE FROM THE S LIKE WAS RPTED BUT THE WINDS ALOFT THAT DAY WERE FROM THE W. FOR THIS REASON I BELIEVE WHY I GOT LOST FROM FWS SPINKS TO F54 ARLINGTON. SO IN THE FUTURE, TO CORRECT THAT, I MUST TAKE THE WINDS ALOFT EVEN THOUGH BELOW 3000 FT.
