Narrative:

Following reduced rest overnight (approximately 5 hours of sleep). We were cleared to taxi to runway 25, but instead we had mistakenly thought we were cleared to taxi to runway 7. A brasilia had just departed runway 7, so we began taxiing to runway 7 and crossed runways 15L&right in the process. Then we realized that our instructions were to taxi to runway 25. The ground controller, told us to simply continue taxiing to runway 7. After completing all our checks, sba tower cleared us for takeoff without incident. Supplemental information from acn 288937: my airline insists on continuing to schedule trips with less than 9 hours off duty for the overnight. Calling in fatigued doesn't do much good. My airline's policy is to subtract pay for fatigue calls. This makes it difficult for $20,000 a yr commuter pilots to take themselves off line for being too tired.

Title: CAPT OF AN LTT TAXIED TO THE WRONG RWY RESULTING IN THE UNAUTH XING OF 2 OTHER RWYS.

Narrative: FOLLOWING REDUCED REST OVERNIGHT (APPROX 5 HRS OF SLEEP). WE WERE CLRED TO TAXI TO RWY 25, BUT INSTEAD WE HAD MISTAKENLY THOUGHT WE WERE CLRED TO TAXI TO RWY 7. A BRASILIA HAD JUST DEPARTED RWY 7, SO WE BEGAN TAXIING TO RWY 7 AND CROSSED RWYS 15L&R IN THE PROCESS. THEN WE REALIZED THAT OUR INSTRUCTIONS WERE TO TAXI TO RWY 25. THE GND CTLR, TOLD US TO SIMPLY CONTINUE TAXIING TO RWY 7. AFTER COMPLETING ALL OUR CHKS, SBA TWR CLRED US FOR TKOF WITHOUT INCIDENT. SUPPLEMENTAL INFORMATION FROM ACN 288937: MY AIRLINE INSISTS ON CONTINUING TO SCHEDULE TRIPS WITH LESS THAN 9 HRS OFF DUTY FOR THE OVERNIGHT. CALLING IN FATIGUED DOESN'T DO MUCH GOOD. MY AIRLINE'S POLICY IS TO SUBTRACT PAY FOR FATIGUE CALLS. THIS MAKES IT DIFFICULT FOR $20,000 A YR COMMUTER PLTS TO TAKE THEMSELVES OFF LINE FOR BEING TOO TIRED.
