Narrative:
A C182 encountered moderate icing at 6500 ft MSL. Aircraft could not climb or hold altitude. An emergency was declared by the controller and the eovm map was used to vector and get lower altitudes for the aircraft. The aircraft lost all ice at 2200 ft MSL and landed without further incident 31 mins later.
