Narrative:
Air carrier X climbing through approximately 11500 ft with clearance to 13000 ft at approximately 2500 FPM. TCASII issued TA for traffic Y at 12 O'clock high and slightly above immediately followed by an RA to descend rapidly. TCASII RA complied with, descended to about 10500 ft. TCASII announced clear of conflict and climb resumed. Advised ATC during evasive maneuver and they acknowledged traffic at 11700 ft. Resumed climb after clear.
