Narrative:
Columbus, oh, chart 10-9 in error. Runway 28R threshold and/or taxiway 'E1' incorrectly located. Laguardia, ny, chart 11-0 outdated. Taxiway '2A' not correctly located and hatched marked 'islands' between 'I' and 'Z' no longer present. Callback conversation with reporter revealed the following information: reporter stated he did not have the cmh diagram in front of him and could not tell analyst just what was wrong with the taxiway indications. Wanted us to call the tower and check with them on the problem. When asked if he had contacted commercial company he indicated he had not. Suggested it would be a good idea to follow through with them. Regarding lga airport diagram reporter was totally confused by the lines at 'za' areas and just what they mean. Speaking to many other pilots no one seemed to have an idea of the meaning. However, it states fairly clearly that these areas are used for parking during the late night and early morning hours.

Title: CAPT'S RPT OF ARPT DIAGRAM INFO HE FOUND INCORRECT OR CONFUSING.
Narrative: COLUMBUS, OH, CHART 10-9 IN ERROR. RWY 28R THRESHOLD AND/OR TXWY 'E1' INCORRECTLY LOCATED. LAGUARDIA, NY, CHART 11-0 OUTDATED. TXWY '2A' NOT CORRECTLY LOCATED AND HATCHED MARKED 'ISLANDS' BTWN 'I' AND 'Z' NO LONGER PRESENT. CALLBACK CONVERSATION WITH RPTR REVEALED THE FOLLOWING INFO: RPTR STATED HE DID NOT HAVE THE CMH DIAGRAM IN FRONT OF HIM AND COULD NOT TELL ANALYST JUST WHAT WAS WRONG WITH THE TXWY INDICATIONS. WANTED US TO CALL THE TWR AND CHK WITH THEM ON THE PROB. WHEN ASKED IF HE HAD CONTACTED COMMERCIAL COMPANY HE INDICATED HE HAD NOT. SUGGESTED IT WOULD BE A GOOD IDEA TO FOLLOW THROUGH WITH THEM. REGARDING LGA ARPT DIAGRAM RPTR WAS TOTALLY CONFUSED BY THE LINES AT 'ZA' AREAS AND JUST WHAT THEY MEAN. SPEAKING TO MANY OTHER PLTS NO ONE SEEMED TO HAVE AN IDEA OF THE MEANING. HOWEVER, IT STATES FAIRLY CLRLY THAT THESE AREAS ARE USED FOR PARKING DURING THE LATE NIGHT AND EARLY MORNING HRS.
