Narrative:
While on collier arrival, captain navigation CDI twice centered while on collier frequency 108.6. On second occurrence tapped CDI and went full deflection until actual intercept. Had captain CDI inspected mia found loose plug. 2 90 degree turns happened because of faulty readings.

Narrative: WHILE ON COLLIER ARR, CAPT NAV CDI TWICE CTRED WHILE ON COLLIER FREQ 108.6. ON SECOND OCCURRENCE TAPPED CDI AND WENT FULL DEFLECTION UNTIL ACTUAL INTERCEPT. HAD CAPT CDI INSPECTED MIA FOUND LOOSE PLUG. 2 90 DEG TURNS HAPPENED BECAUSE OF FAULTY READINGS.
