Narrative:
While pushing back from gate at fll, both engines were started. I did my after start flow, after start check, and called for taxi clearance. Cleared to taxi to runway 9L behind air carrier X. The captain's and my attention was diverted when we saw 2 air carrier X aircraft. We ascertained it was behind the first one and the captain added power to taxi. We had barely started to move when I observed ground movement from the corner of my right eye. I uttered something like 'stop' and the captain did. The pushback tug was just backing away from the aircraft, and the ground handler had just pulled the hydraulic bypass pin. In our distraction we failed to get a wave-off. The captain then briefed, that for the rest of the trip, we would wait for wave-off before calling for taxi. This worked well. Comments: 1) there are many times indifferent cities that the pushback crew disappear without waving off. This can cause more incidents like this, and should not be tolerated. 2) a ground person should be in sight until a positive wave-off is given and acknowledged.

Title: AFTER PUSHBACK AND ENGS STARTED FLC GETS CLRNC TO TAXI AND COMMENCES TAXI PRIOR TO GETTING THE ALL CLR FROM THE MARSHAL.
Narrative: WHILE PUSHING BACK FROM GATE AT FLL, BOTH ENGS WERE STARTED. I DID MY AFTER START FLOW, AFTER START CHK, AND CALLED FOR TAXI CLRNC. CLRED TO TAXI TO RWY 9L BEHIND ACR X. THE CAPT'S AND MY ATTN WAS DIVERTED WHEN WE SAW 2 ACR X ACFT. WE ASCERTAINED IT WAS BEHIND THE FIRST ONE AND THE CAPT ADDED PWR TO TAXI. WE HAD BARELY STARTED TO MOVE WHEN I OBSERVED GND MOVEMENT FROM THE CORNER OF MY R EYE. I UTTERED SOMETHING LIKE 'STOP' AND THE CAPT DID. COMMENTS: 1) THERE ARE MANY TIMES INDIFFERENT CITIES THAT THE PUSHBACK CREW DISAPPEAR WITHOUT WAVING OFF. THIS CAN CAUSE MORE INCIDENTS LIKE THIS, AND SHOULD NOT BE TOLERATED. 2) A GND PERSON SHOULD BE IN SIGHT UNTIL A POSITIVE WAVE-OFF IS GIVEN AND ACKNOWLEDGED.
