Narrative:
Air combat training sortie in rivers MOA. V2 engaged maneuvering hi-G lufberry turn, slow speed, all 3 aircraft disengaged to terminate engagement at bottom of altitude block. After acm terminated, all 3 aircraft descended below altitude block momentarily to regain speed before able to effect climb back into block. Normal altitude block for MOA 8000 ft to FL220. Combination of high workload environment, lack of currency (military cutbacks reducing training funding) and deviation from expected parameters distracted flcs, allowing all participants to press altitude limits too close.
