Narrative:
Pitts north XXXX departed runway 11L -- and requested a west departure -- west departure was approved. Shortly after takeoff I observed a raw- radar target and asked the pitts to say altitude. He replied 8200 ft. I advised the pitts that he was well inside den class B airspace and that he should be talking to denver radar at that point. Jeffco tower/denver radar LOA and all current TCA charts show the TCA (class B) beginning at 8000 ft MSL over jeffco. This is an ongoing occurrance with several aerobatic aircraft that operate out of jeffco airport.
