Narrative:
En route from tulsa riverside airport to grove, ok, airport near the town of ketchum, ok, I started getting fluctuations in manifold pressure not correlating with throttle movement and surges in power. I picked the nearest landing field for a precautionary landing to have the aircraft checked. On landing rollout, the gear failed with a down indication. No unsafe gear horn sounded. The owner of the aircraft had had a gear up landing in the same aircraft 6 months prior. Suspect that gear was not adjusted properly. Manifold pressure may have been reflecting a faulty wastegate controller on the turbocharger.

Narrative: ENRTE FROM TULSA RIVERSIDE ARPT TO GROVE, OK, ARPT NEAR THE TOWN OF KETCHUM, OK, I STARTED GETTING FLUCTUATIONS IN MANIFOLD PRESSURE NOT CORRELATING WITH THROTTLE MOVEMENT AND SURGES IN PWR. I PICKED THE NEAREST LNDG FIELD FOR A PRECAUTIONARY LNDG TO HAVE THE ACFT CHKED. ON LNDG ROLLOUT, THE GEAR FAILED WITH A DOWN INDICATION. NO UNSAFE GEAR HORN SOUNDED. THE OWNER OF THE ACFT HAD HAD A GEAR UP LNDG IN THE SAME ACFT 6 MONTHS PRIOR. SUSPECT THAT GEAR WAS NOT ADJUSTED PROPERLY. MANIFOLD PRESSURE MAY HAVE BEEN REFLECTING A FAULTY WASTEGATE CTLR ON THE TURBOCHARGER.
