Narrative:
The captain changed flight destination at the last min to avoid a refueling stop. It took quite a lengthy delay to get new dispatch release, WX, flight plan and NOTAMS. As soon as we got the new paper work, the captain called to push without reviewing the documents. I told him we were not in a rush. But he continued anyhow. I finally got time to look at release, etc, when airborne and noted that the fuel at departure was slightly less than minimum fuel required. In my opinion, there is always time to check the paper work.
