Scheduling by the company on the 'back side of the clock.' I was on call and assigned the attached rotations 12 hours prior to report times. With no time to attempt to adjust your sleep cycle you are an accident waiting to happen. Thank you for 'listening.' no incidents were associated with these rotations but it's a matter of time. Scheduling without regard to 'body clock' time is dangerous.
