Narrative:

Gate agent placed extra passenger (2-3) on my flight without informing me, causing the weight and balance to be incorrect. Gate agents need to realize the importance of weight and balance. It should also be noted that controllers riding jumpseat, must situation in the cockpit.

Narrative: GATE AGENT PLACED EXTRA PAX (2-3) ON MY FLT WITHOUT INFORMING ME, CAUSING THE WT AND BAL TO BE INCORRECT. GATE AGENTS NEED TO REALIZE THE IMPORTANCE OF WT AND BAL. IT SHOULD ALSO BE NOTED THAT CTLRS RIDING JUMPSEAT, MUST SIT IN THE COCKPIT.
