Narrative:
Upon changing #1 and #2 main tires, axle spacers stayed with the old tires and were not transferred to new tire and wheel assemblies and installed on aircraft. Resulted in flight delay in denver to inspect axles (no damage occurred) and install spacers.

Title: ACFT EQUIP PROB AXLE SPACERS NOT INSTALLED AFTER WHEEL REPLACEMENT.
Narrative: UPON CHANGING #1 AND #2 MAIN TIRES, AXLE SPACERS STAYED WITH THE OLD TIRES AND WERE NOT TRANSFERRED TO NEW TIRE AND WHEEL ASSEMBLIES AND INSTALLED ON ACFT. RESULTED IN FLT DELAY IN DENVER TO INSPECT AXLES (NO DAMAGE OCCURRED) AND INSTALL SPACERS.
