Narrative:
Flying SID from sfo, on proper heading to intercept radial. (200 degree heading to intercept 151 degree radial). PF had wrong radial set in (approximately 121 degree radial). PNF had the next radial to be intercepted. The approximately 121 degree radial was being intercepted at about a 114 degree heading. When center requested our heading. The 114 degree heading was given. He then gave us about a 190 degree heading to be turned to without delay, to intercept the 151 degree radial. This was accomplished. After on proper radial. Center questioned our clearance. Contributing factors -- crew not backing each other up. Discovered when center questioned heading. Corrective actions -- turned to intercept proper radial.

Title: FO SET THE WRONG RADIAL TO FOLLOW ON A SID DEP.
Narrative: FLYING SID FROM SFO, ON PROPER HDG TO INTERCEPT RADIAL. (200 DEG HDG TO INTERCEPT 151 DEG RADIAL). PF HAD WRONG RADIAL SET IN (APPROX 121 DEG RADIAL). PNF HAD THE NEXT RADIAL TO BE INTERCEPTED. THE APPROX 121 DEG RADIAL WAS BEING INTERCEPTED AT ABOUT A 114 DEG HDG. WHEN CTR REQUESTED OUR HDG. THE 114 DEG HDG WAS GIVEN. HE THEN GAVE US ABOUT A 190 DEG HDG TO BE TURNED TO WITHOUT DELAY, TO INTERCEPT THE 151 DEG RADIAL. THIS WAS ACCOMPLISHED. AFTER ON PROPER RADIAL. CTR QUESTIONED OUR CLRNC. CONTRIBUTING FACTORS -- CREW NOT BACKING EACH OTHER UP. DISCOVERED WHEN CTR QUESTIONED HDG. CORRECTIVE ACTIONS -- TURNED TO INTERCEPT PROPER RADIAL.
