Narrative:
2 sits occurred on this reposing flight from cdw to teb: 1) after takeoff from cdw, requested immediate frequency change to pick up teb ATIS (the 2 airports are only 10 mi apart) frequency change, and right turn out, approved. (I departed runway 27, runway 4 departures , also, in progress. I advised I would climb such that I would be approximately 1200-1500 ft, before passing back over cdw. As I turned right, saw them launch aircraft off runway 4, and I crossed, 500 ft. I was already talking to teb and not in contact with cdw. I suspect it would have been safer to remain on cdw frequency until I cleared departure end of runway 4, though that would have meant less time that I had to contact teb. 2) teb advised me to proceed on left base to runway 6. I acknowledged. Next they advised to proceed to left base runway 1. I acknowledged, again. As I approached threshold runway 6, teb tower called 'beech abc cleared to land runway 6.' I was concerned that another aircraft with my 'north number' (last 3 digits), was on frequency, (I was 'cherokee abc'). I asked when the clearance was for me. No response. I called, again, no response. I crossed runway 6 approach course and then I proceeded toward runway 1. I then heard another aircraft cleared to land runway 1. I again called tower and asked whether I was cleared to land runway 1. Tower said 'beach abc' you are heading the wrong runway!' I advised I had been changed to runway 1. I was then cleared to land runway 1, still using wrong 'beech' call sign! I landed and cleared the runway, followed shortly by a bizjet. Only on ground did tower get my aircraft identify correct.

Title: A PLT FAILED TO COMPLY WITH A VFR DEP CLRNC, AND DID NOT ADVISE THE TWR BECAUSE HE WAS NO LONGER MAINTAINING 2 RADIO COMS WHILE IN CLASS D AIRSPACE.
Narrative: 2 SITS OCCURRED ON THIS REPOSING FLT FROM CDW TO TEB: 1) AFTER TKOF FROM CDW, REQUESTED IMMEDIATE FREQ CHANGE TO PICK UP TEB ATIS (THE 2 ARPTS ARE ONLY 10 MI APART) FREQ CHANGE, AND R TURN OUT, APPROVED. (I DEPARTED RWY 27, RWY 4 DEPS , ALSO, IN PROGRESS. I ADVISED I WOULD CLB SUCH THAT I WOULD BE APPROX 1200-1500 FT, BEFORE PASSING BACK OVER CDW. AS I TURNED R, SAW THEM LAUNCH ACFT OFF RWY 4, AND I CROSSED, 500 FT. I WAS ALREADY TALKING TO TEB AND NOT IN CONTACT WITH CDW. I SUSPECT IT WOULD HAVE BEEN SAFER TO REMAIN ON CDW FREQ UNTIL I CLRED DEP END OF RWY 4, THOUGH THAT WOULD HAVE MEANT LESS TIME THAT I HAD TO CONTACT TEB. 2) TEB ADVISED ME TO PROCEED ON L BASE TO RWY 6. I ACKNOWLEDGED. NEXT THEY ADVISED TO PROCEED TO L BASE RWY 1. I ACKNOWLEDGED, AGAIN. AS I APCHED THRESHOLD RWY 6, TEB TWR CALLED 'BEECH ABC CLRED TO LAND RWY 6.' I WAS CONCERNED THAT ANOTHER ACFT WITH MY 'N NUMBER' (LAST 3 DIGITS), WAS ON FREQ, (I WAS 'CHEROKEE ABC'). I ASKED WHEN THE CLRNC WAS FOR ME. NO RESPONSE. I CALLED, AGAIN, NO RESPONSE. I CROSSED RWY 6 APCH COURSE AND THEN I PROCEEDED TOWARD RWY 1. I THEN HEARD ANOTHER ACFT CLRED TO LAND RWY 1. I AGAIN CALLED TWR AND ASKED WHETHER I WAS CLRED TO LAND RWY 1. TWR SAID 'BEACH ABC' YOU ARE HDG THE WRONG RWY!' I ADVISED I HAD BEEN CHANGED TO RWY 1. I WAS THEN CLRED TO LAND RWY 1, STILL USING WRONG 'BEECH' CALL SIGN! I LANDED AND CLRED THE RWY, FOLLOWED SHORTLY BY A BIZJET. ONLY ON GND DID TWR GET MY ACFT IDENT CORRECT.
