Narrative:
I took off from runway 44N at XA00 pm everything was normal. Approximately 1200 ft MSL I notice that my electrical was intermittent. As the electricity came back on, I lowered my landing gears and observed the gear down and lock indicator light (green) followed by a complete failure of the electrical system. I observed for traffic and turn back for the airport. I did my prelndg checklist I double-check the gear by the mirror in the left cowling and also by visual check in the bottom of the cockpit. We touch down in runway 17 with no problem. As soon as I release back pressure to let the nose come down the nose gear collapsed and the aircraft skids off to the left of the runway coming to a stop. We exit the aircraft very fast.
