Narrative:
Cabin keep climb at FL330, climbed to 13000 ft, declared emergency to get lower. Press normal at FL230 - no known problems with passenger. Continued to phl. Cabin rate intersection remained less than 1000 FPM. Should have system to notify flcs when aircraft has history of trouble. In this case aircraft had more than 3 other major cabin pressure problems in the last 30 days!

Narrative: CABIN KEEP CLB AT FL330, CLBED TO 13000 FT, DECLARED EMER TO GET LOWER. PRESS NORMAL AT FL230 - NO KNOWN PROBS WITH PAX. CONTINUED TO PHL. CABIN RATE INTXN REMAINED LESS THAN 1000 FPM. SHOULD HAVE SYS TO NOTIFY FLCS WHEN ACFT HAS HISTORY OF TROUBLE. IN THIS CASE ACFT HAD MORE THAN 3 OTHER MAJOR CABIN PRESSURE PROBS IN THE LAST 30 DAYS!
