Inside denay on runway 24R localizer at 2500 ft cleared for approach. Received mode 2 GPWS warning: 'terrain, terrain.' initiated go around as required by airline flight operations. Climbed to 3500 ft. Advised approach. After cessation of warning, reclred for approach. Descended back to 2500 ft and continued for uneventful landing runway 24R.
