Narrative:
Air carrier X was cleared to land at san juan puerto rico's runway 10. At approximately 200 ft we heard the tower give atx Y a 'go around.' the copilot looked to his right to see the belly of a twin engine aztec turning right. We landed without incident. The captain spoke with the tower operator and supervisor and pilot of the aztec. It appears the tower controller cleared the aztec for a 'olympic' arrival to runway 10 with clearance to land. This is a local non published procedure and calls for a tight right turn to final. Heavy aircraft are usually cleared for an approach to runway 10 and land runway 8. If requested, heavy aircraft may be cleared to land on runway 10. The controller cleared both aircraft for landing runway 10. At the last min the tower controller directed the aztec to go around.

Narrative: ACR X WAS CLRED TO LAND AT SAN JUAN PUERTO RICO'S RWY 10. AT APPROX 200 FT WE HEARD THE TWR GIVE ATX Y A 'GAR.' THE COPLT LOOKED TO HIS R TO SEE THE BELLY OF A TWIN ENG AZTEC TURNING R. THIS IS A LCL NON PUBLISHED PROC AND CALLS FOR A TIGHT R TURN TO FINAL. HEAVY ACFT ARE USUALLY CLRED FOR AN APCH TO RWY 10 AND LAND RWY 8. IF REQUESTED, HEAVY ACFT MAY BE CLRED TO LAND ON RWY 10. THE CTLR CLRED BOTH ACFT FOR LNDG RWY 10. AT THE LAST MIN THE TWR CTLR DIRECTED THE AZTEC TO GAR.
