Narrative:
Plane equipped with wheel-skis had landed earlier on a frozen lake with fairly deep snow which had piled up on skis around wheels and brakes. Returning to gfl decided to land on glen lake to check if brakes had frozen. They had and wheels were locked. Kept sliding wheels on rough ice and snow to try to break them loose. Hit slushy spot- plane nosed up striking propeller. Should have stopped and freed wheels manually.
